So, this past Thursday, I went and got breakfast with a friend, she was telling me all about how she doesn't get stressed and I said something along the lines of feeling stressed and keeping it all as a burden on my back. And she goes, "Jenna! Why are you doing that to yourself? That's not Biblical! Cast your cares to Him!" Boom. Wow, forgot about that one. Pretty amazing that one little reminder can make so much weight feel so much lighter. Instantly, I realized I was doing everything and needed to do something to change that. How silly is it that I'm trying to do everything for myself?! Wow. He calls us to give us our struggles and He wants to take care of us. What an awesome God we serve! So what are you doing? Are you keeping your struggles to yourself? Or are you giving it all to Him? I say, try the second one and see what happens.[:
